2. Service Description & Digital License

Nartiel8k Official provides digital access to internet protocol television (IPTV) playlists, electronic program guides (EPG), and video on demand (VOD) media streams. Upon successful order verification, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view our streaming catalog on compatible devices during your active subscription term.

3. Device Connections & Account Rules

• 1 Connection Plan: Permits exactly 1 active stream at any given time. Suitable for single-room viewing or portable mobile use.
• 2 Connections Plan: Permits up to 2 independent simultaneous streams in separate rooms on separate devices.
• 3 Connections Plan: Permits up to 3 independent simultaneous streams across multiple televisions, tablets, or phones.

Accounts may not be shared, rented, or resold to unauthorized third parties outside your household.

4. Prohibited Uses & Fair Usage Policy

To maintain peak server speeds and 60 FPS sports stability for all subscribers, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• No Restreaming or Rebroadcasting: You may not restream, redistribute, relay, or broadcast Nartiel8k Official feeds to public platforms, commercial venues, or external IPTV networks.
• No Account Sharing or Reselling: Public posting of M3U playlist URLs or Xtream Codes API login credentials on forums, social media groups, or piracy channels is strictly monitored by our security systems.

7. Technical Gateway & Content Disclaimer

Nartiel8k Official acts solely as a technological conduit and streaming indexer. Nartiel8k Official does not own, produce, store, or host any multimedia streams on its servers. All media streams are delivered via verified third-party distribution clusters over the public internet.

Channel logos, brand names, and trademarks displayed on our portal belong strictly to their respective intellectual property holders and are utilized solely for informational indexing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nartiel8k Official, its operators, or technical partners be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our streaming service, including but not limited to internet service provider penalties, local network outages, or device compatibility changes.

Our maximum cumulative liability to any subscriber for any claim under these Terms is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for their current subscription period.
